A Clearwell user creates and saves an export template (metadata production).
When the user tries to load/use the template they are presented with the following error as a window in the user interface:
"unable to load export template instance data for format"

Install Fix 6 for version 7.1.1
After Fix 6 is installed, the cases will go through an automatic upgrade process.
Once the install is complete and the cases are upgraded, the user will be able to create, save, and use templates as normal. The template(s) created prior to Fix 6 being installed are forever broken and should be deleted. Templates created after Fix 6 being installed should work as normal.
