The customer is seeing frequent deadlocks involving
In some instances this causes:
1. the PM Import to fail, causing clients to be unable to download certain update packages,
2. or it locks on ResourceAssociation, causing some issues with Asset (usually when calling spSetAssetData).
A permanent fix has been provided in 7.1 SP2 MP1 V6. (See HOWTO81832)
