After changing motherboard due to hardware failure the SSIM Appliance is not starting anymore
In SSIM the MAC address is hardcoded during the installation in the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts folder
File is called /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 (or the X number depending on how many cards)
[[email protected] network-scripts]# cat ifcfg-eth0
Change the value on the line HWADDR accordingly to the new MAC Address.
When changing motherboard you most likely have changed the network card. (most modern motherboard contains 2 build in network interfaces)
