When selecting a department, assignee, equipment you encounter an error "The session id <session id string> is not valid or the session has timed out". This issue occurs only when using Internet Explorer.

To workaround the issue please perform the following steps:
1. On the ServiceDesk server go to Program Files\Symantec\Workflow\Workflow Deploy\Release\SD.Feeder.TechnicianIncidentForms folder.
2. Open the Web.config file.
3. Find the line that starts <sessionstate.
4. Change cookieless="false" to cookieless="true"
5. Save and close the web.config.
6. Restart IIS for the changes to the web.config to take effect.
