Customer recently upgraded to Service Pack 1 for Symantec Management Platform (SMP) 7.1. If you upgrade from SMP 7.1 MP1 to 7.1 SP1, either does not create or delete 'spGetWindowsAccountsWithNoADResourceKeys'. This causes AD imports to fail during run time. It seems that a fresh install of 7.1 SP1, does have this stored procedure. When you run a Full AD import, you may see the error below.

WORKAROUND: The workaround for this issue is to manually create the missing stored procedure. Run the following query to recreate it:
** As per article TECH164425 you can also run a repair on Altiris_DirectoryServices_7_1_sp1_x64.msi to resolve the issue as well rather then manually create the stored procedure.
