App-V creates a special drive(Q drive) to store temp settings and the Removable Storage service interferes with this drive.
This issue happens because of removable storage service and is a known issue and is most likely to be resolved in the 8.2.0 release. The work around for this issue is to delay the start of the Removable storage service by adding a new multi string .
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RemovableStorageService and change the value of 'DependOnService' to sftlist
