When mail queue is over than the max count,administrator could not receive the notification alert mail.
From Brightmaillog.log: it shows that send alert notification error.

Customer adds 8 nitification recipients. But four is invalid.
Remove all invalid nitification recipients,then valid recipients could receive the alert notification mail.
