Can specific users be whitelisted in order to bypass the DNS Validation feature in the Messaging Gateway software?
Message Audit Logs show that SMTP connections were rejected for failure to validate DNS checks
The email sender's mail server is not correctly set up in accordance to their public DNS records or has no PTR or A records matching their sending domain.
The DNS Validation features do not have any options to be bypassed. Specific senders or domains cannot be whitelisted against DNS validation.
