You have deployed the Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) Virtual Edition and have observed the following symptoms:
When querying the Message Queues page of the Control Center web interface, you see Emails stuck in the Inbound and/or Outbound queue with the following error:
421 4.7.7 [internal] Unable to process message at this time
There are insufficient resources available to the SMG image.
The SMG image needs more resources to function process mail correctly.
