If you logon to the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager it freezes at the logon screen.
There is no error message during the login or in the event viewer.
Symantec Embedded Database service froze/crashed
1. Open the windows services and try to restart the Symantec Embedded Database
2. If it fails, open the task manager and kill the process dbsrv9.exe
3. Open the windows services and restart the Symantec Embedded Database and Symantec Protection Manager
4. Login to the Symantec Protection Manager
