When specifying Client Administrator domain accounts during framework wizard, an error is given:
"Failed to load resources from resource file. Please check your setup."
This solution applies to EA Hard Disk 8.2.0 to 8.2.3
This occurs when two distribution groups are members of each other. If the client admin account is a member of either of the groups, it will cause an infinite loop that eventually errors out. This is resolved in EA Hard Disk 8.2.4.
