Error downloading kickstart file - PGP Universal Server 3.x

Issue/Introduction
When installing the PGP Universal Server, you receive the following error:
Unable to download the kickstart file. Please modify the kickstart parameter below or press Cancel to proceed as an interactive installation.
Resolution
This is a known issue with the CD/DVD driver in CentOS. PGP Universal Server 3.x is based on a custom build of the CentOS operating system. The new CentOS operating system improves scalability and reliability, and supports a wider variety of hardware.
This error is resolved by simply pressing Enter which resumes the PGP Universal Server installation.
