Even when logged in to Windows Vista/Windows 7 with an Administrator account or utilizing the 'Run as Administrator' option, you are unable to successfully perform the PGP Shred Free Space. This issue is caused when the User Account Control (UAC) is enabled on the Windows Vista/Windows 7 system.

WorkaroundYou may successfully complete the PGP Shred Free Space by disabling the User Account Control (UAC) in Windows Vista. After performing the PGP Shred Free Space process, you may re-enable the (UAC).
