How do I obtain a refund?
PGP offers a 30 day money-back guarantee if you purchase your software at the PGP Online Store.
The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If you are requesting a refund for PGP products purchased through a PGP reseller, you must contact the reseller directly. PGP resellers may have their own refund policies. You will need to check with the reseller for their refund policy. Please be aware that when your refund is processed, your license number is no longer valid.
