User session get hang when a user is trying to log out from the citrix server. When check in the task manager AeXNSAgent.exe is running.
AeXNSAgent.exe is not getting ended when a user is trying to log out.
Note: Backup the registry prior to performing any editing.
Warning: Edit the registry at your own risk!
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
On the problematic Citrix Server Open and go to the following location KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\Altiris Agent\
And set the "Run UI in main session only" to "1".
Restart the Symantec Management Agent upon completion.
