Network printer is inaccessible after SEP (Symantec Endpoint Protection) client is installed
NetBios ports get blocked.
1. Logon SEPM (Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager) console and navigate to policies > firewall, edit the firewall policy in use;
2. Click the "rules" tab > add rule > next > network services > next, check "network neighborhood sharing" and "network neighborhood browsing" > finish;
3. On the rule list, move the new rule to the top, make sure it is checked and click OK.
