There were many different causes for the fixes in this hotfix. Some of the issues were simply speeding up the way SVS handled a few things while others required additions to the code.
To upgrade to SVS 2.0 Hotfix 24102 (2.0.1403), download the attached file on the right side of the screen. Unzip the file and run the installer for either the agent (if using stand-alone SVS) or install the Solution (for Notification Server).
