While adding email addresses for probe setup you receive an error.
You see the following error in the Control Center while adding an email address under the Probe page:
Could not publish probe accounts to the host. [ Unable to register the probe email addresses. The response returned to the Control Center was empty].
Mar 25 2010 18:29:17 [ProbeAccountRegisterTask] ERROR - Cannot register a probe account.
Mar 25 2010 18:29:17 [ProbeAccountRegisterTask] ERROR - No valid license was found.Probe Registration Failed.
This error appears when you are using a trial license.
A full license is required to use the probe feature on Symantec Brightmail Gateway.
Please contact Symantec licensing to make sure you are using the correct license in the product.
