Occurs only on agent based configurations in pre 11.0 installs
Can occur in both agent based and agentless CCS 11.x and 12.x installs
Configuration file on the agent must be edited, or on the CCS Manager.
For Pre CCS 11.x Installs:
1. On the target computer, edit the file "/opt/BindView/bvcontrol/SecuredFilesList.dat" or "/usr/local/BindView/bvcontrol/SecuredFilesList.dat".
2. Place a hash mark "#" at the beginning of each line as follows:
For CCS 11.x and 12.x Installs:
NOTE: Double check the map view in the CCS Console and verify all the CCS Managers that are installed.
Make sure that all of these CCS Managers have had their configuration changed.
