As a trusted advisor to our customers, our status sites provide transparency around service availability and performance for Symantec cloud products.

The status websites have been designed to be responsive, and are broken down per product and component, with five statuses:
The following products are currently supported:
Note: Additional products will be added in the future.
There are four ways to receive notifications:
Note: Some product pages do not have the option to select or modify the components you would like to be notified about. These pages will automatically subscribe you to all listed components of the page.
You can unsubscribe from email notifications by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of an email notification. Alternatively, some of the product status websites allow subscribers to unsubscribe directly from the product’s status website.
Note: For countries other than United States, Great Britain, Australia, Israel, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Poland, Germany, replying STOP to unsubscribe will not remove your number from any of the Symantec Status sites, due to a defect. To unsubscribe, follow the instructions for To manage or subscribe to notifications to remove your number from any of the status websites.
