Managed Security Services (MSS) Customer Monthly Reports (CMR) contain an overview of the previous month's Security Incidents, Device status and faults, Service Case Tickets created, and many more pertaining to your Managed Security Service.
CMRs are published on the MSS Portal within five days of the following month and can be downloaded in the MSS Portal.
To download the CMR, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the MSS Portal (URL: https://mss.symantec.com).
2. Click the Reports tab.
3. On the reports page, click the Downloads Sub tab.
4. Locate and select the report in the middle pane to be downloaded.
Note: You can filter via category if you wish to view all past monthly reports published for your service.
