List of supported solutions

Following are the tested and supported components of IT Management Suite 7.6 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 client computers:

  • Network Discovery
  • Symantec Management Agent for UNIX, Linux, and Mac
  • Task Management
  • Deployment Solution
  • Inventory Solution
  • Monitor Solution
  • Patch Management
  • Software Management
  • Virtual Machine Management.

Known limitations for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 client computers

The known issues for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.1 client computers are as follows:

  • Known limitations in Deployment Solution 
  • Known limitations in Monitor Solution

Change the ethernet interface name from eth  to ens in the network metric scripts.
