Cause

This is a defect.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in 8.5 RU2.

A point-fix is also available for 8.1 RU7. It is found in the cumulative fixes for 8.1 RU7, located here: INFO5191

1. Log onto the Symantec Management Platform server as the Application Identity account.
2. Download the attached archive and extract to the Notification Server.
3. Launch the PFInstaller2.exe.
4. Choose to Install.
