Execution Status report may fail to complete when Only Most Recent for Computer option is selected.

 

Failure running this report. Please check the configuration of the query.

This is a generic error. It does not provided many details.

Environment

ITMS 8.1 RU (1-7).
ITMS 8.5 and 8.5 RU1

Cause

SQL queries used in the report are not optimal.

Resolution

This issue has been reported to our Symantec Development team. SQL code has been optimized. 

For ITMS 8.1 RU7 users -> Please, go to INFO5191 to download and install the Cumulative 8.1 POST-RU7 fixes for Software Management (SWM).

For ITMS 8.5 - 8.5 RU1 users -> Please, install 8.5 RU2, when it is public  (ETA beginning of May). If it is required to get the fix earlier, please, contact Symantec Technical Support.
