There are 2 bands for agent upgrades in SEP SBE cloud.
New agent upgrades are first made available over new packages before the upgrade is pushed out over LiveUpdate. In some cases, an LU release may be deferred in order to ensure minimal interruption.
There may also, on occasion, be a build posted for fresh installation only, to provide a fix for an issue which has limited impact. If you are not affected by a limited-impact issue, you may await the next regular update of SEP SBE. Such a regular update will begin with fresh installation availability and be followed by a global LiveUpdate distribution.
Agent Upgrades can also be controlled via Global System Policy
