Issue/Introduction

Registering a Cloud Secure Web Gateway (Cloud SWG, formerly WSS) account logging in to the Cloud SWG Portal for the first time.

Resolution

Requirements: 

1. A Subscription ID, provided in your Welcome Email via Symantec. 

2. A Primary Administrator email address. The Cloud SWG account will be tied to this account.

Note: If there's an existing account attached to the email address, it isn't possible to attach a new one.
