How to renew an RSA GoID certificate.

VIP Manager

Resolution

Currently, the translation layer supports both the RSA GoID and Symantec VIP certificates. 

If the RSA GoID certificate is due to expire, enroll for a VIP certificate using the VIP manager and replace it with the RSA GoID certificate.

1. Go to https://manager.vip.symantec.com
2. Enter the username and password
3. Click Sign In
4. Enter in the Security code from your VIP credential
5. Click Continue
6. From the VIP home page, on the right side, click Manage VIP Certificates
7. Click Request Certificate
8. Read the instructions and click Continue
9. Enter a name in the certificate name field and click Continue
10. Click Submit Request
11. Click on the certificate name to download the VIP Certificate.
