Adding additional {VIP.EN_US} administrators to access VIP Manager accounts

Issue/Introduction

You wish to add a VIP administrator

Resolution

To add an additional VIP administrator, please contact a current VIP administrator to complete the process below.  If no VIP administrator's exists, contact Enterprise Authentication at 800-579-2848 option 1,1 to complete the validation process to add another contact to the account.

1. Go to https://manager.vip.symantec.com/vipmgr/signin.v
2. From the left pane, click Create VIP Administrators
3. Provide the appropriate contact information and assign permissions
4. Click Create Administrator

Once this is complete, an e-mail will be send to the corresponding e-mail address with a temporary password to sign in to VIP manager.
