VIP administrator was set up with incorrect email address or may need to change the registered email for another reason
Login to VIP Manager using the email address your account has been set-up with:
https://manager.vip.symantec.com/vipmgr/signin.v
Under the Account Tab, click- Find/ Modify VIP Administrators on the right hand side of the page.
Note that the VIP Administrator email needs to be unique across all VIP accounts. If there are multiple tenants/accounts (such as a test account), the administrator will need to use a unique email address to differentiate the account access.
