Resolution
Starting with the Symantec IT Management Suite version 8.1 RU7 the Symantec Management Platform and related solutions do support the management of Windows 10 April 2018 Update (Windows 10, version 1803) client computers.
List of supported solutions
Symantec IT Management Suite provides support for client functionality for the following operating systems:
- Windows 10 April 2018 Update x86 (Windows 10, version 1803)
- Windows 10 April 2018 Update x64 (Windows 10, version 1803)
The Full Support functionality is limited to the following components and solutions of the Symantec IT Management Suite:
- Symantec Management Agent
- Cloud-enabled management
- Deployment Solution
- Inventory Solution
- Network Discovery
- Patch Management Solution
- Real-time System Management
- Software Management Solution
- Virtual Machine Management
- Workflow Solution
The following site-server functionality is supported on Windows 10 April 2018 Update:
- Task Server
- Package Server
