IMPORTANT NOTE

Skyline Health Diagnostics (SHD) tool enhances the support experience by providing automated log analysis and recommendations to known issues, thus saving significant time and effort in issue resolution and keeping environments healthy.

The latest version, SHD 4.0.2, has comprehensive health checks that can proactively check a vCenter/VCF environment before an upgrade to ensure upgrades are successful – The tool flags potential issues that can derail an upgrade and suggests remediation steps to resolve them.

Basis initial assessment, the tool can identify a vast majority of Upgrade and Install issues, both environmental and product-related.
