Issue/Introduction
This article provides deprecation information of the vMON API service.
Environment
VMware vCenter Server 7.0.x
Resolution
vmonapi service will be deprecated and removed from future releases.
APIs under "/rest/appliance/vmon/service" will no longer be available. VMware recommends to start consuming these APIs from "/rest/vcenter/services".
