Domain user is not supported 6.3.x for appliance management

Issue/Introduction

Informational

Symptoms:
Unable to login via domain user to NSX Manager appliance and failed to integrate with the vCD. 
Unable to register vCD with NSX Manager using a non CLI user

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x

Cause

Domain user/non CLI user is not supported in 6.3.x to  register vCD with NSX Manager

Resolution

Domain user is supported in 6.4.x versions.

Workaround:
Either use a local user or upgrade to 6.4.x

Additional Information

Impact/Risks:
Registration with domain user for NSX manager appliances failed or login with the domain user failed.
