[HCX] Update DNS settings for the On-Premise HCX Manager

Issue/Introduction

To provide the steps to properly update the DNS settings for the on-premise HCX manager.

Symptoms:
The DNS servers or settings have been modified and the on-premise HCX manager has not been updated.

Resolution

To update the DNS settings using the on-premise HCX Manager VAMI:

1. Open a browser and navigate to "https://On-Premise-HCX-Manager-Address:9443".
2. If prompted, log in with the admin credentials set during deployment. 
3. Navigate to Administration > Network Settings
4. This screen will allow the administrator to modify the Primary and Secondary DNS servers, as well as update the Search Domain option. 
5. Once the settings have been updated and verified, click "Save". 
6. Reboot the on-premise HCX manager for the settings to take effect.

Additional Information

Impact/Risks:
The administrator will have no confirmation to verify the new or updated settings after clicking "Save". Incorrect information could cause HCX operations to fail.
