"com.vmware.vr-UUID" error when registering vSphere Replication virtual machine using VAMI

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
- Registering the vSphere Replication virtual machine using VAMI fails with the error:
com.vmware.vr-UUID
- In the /opt/vmware/hms/logs/hms.log file, you see entries similar to:

- There is an stale entry of solution user for the vSphere Replication.
Environment
VMware vSphere Replication 6.1.x
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
- Remove all vSphere Replication solution user accounts from VC.
- Save and register virtual machine option for both sites.
