Issue/Introduction

Deploying vCenter Server Appliance Management node on Windows Server 2008 using HTML 5 installer pointing to TLSv1.2 enabled infrastructure node fails with first boot error. This issue occurs when only TLSv1.2 protocol is enabled on the infrastructure node.

Environment

VMware vCenter Server Appliance 6.0.x
VMware vCenter Server 6.0.x

Resolution

1. Download the respective file for the operating system from the link below,
   http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB3140245
   a. Install in the operating system
   b. Reboot the operating system
