The Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) provides information that enables VMware to improve the VMware products and services and to fix problems. When you choose to participate in CEIP, VMware will collect technical information about your use of the products and services in CEIP reports on a regular basis.

You can view the most recently sent files at any time by navigating to the following directory:

Before vSphere 6.7:

• For vCenter Server on Windows: %ProgramData%\VMware\vCenterServer\data\vSphere Web Client\ceip
• For vCenter Server Appliance: /storage/vsphere-client/ceip/

From vSphere 6.7 and later:
