Migration of Automic Documentation to Broadcom TechDocs

Issue/Introduction
Automic documentation has migrated to the Broadcom TechDocs platform to provide a unified, searchable, and modern documentation experience. This migration centralizes Product Guides, Compatibility Matrix information and help content into a single repository, replacing the legacy Automic documentation sites.
Note: All legacy automic.com sites will be decommissioned on August 24, 2026, and will no longer serve content.
Environment
Automic Automation (All versions)
Resolution
Access the updated documentation via the official Broadcom TechDocs portal.
- Navigate to the https://techdocs.broadcom.com/
- Search for Automic Automation product version in the search bar. (as shown in below image)
3. Use the table of contents on the left to browse through Installation, Administration, and User Guides.
4. Bookmark the new URL for future reference.
Note: Ensure you update any local bookmarks or internal documentation links to point to the new TechDocs site.
After the transition to https://techdocs.broadcom.com/ has been completed, docs.automic.com URLs will redirect to a landing page for the corresponding product and version, not to individual pages in the new location. Offline documentation will no longer be available as downloads from support.broadcom.com.
