What this means for you
If you are currently using Carbon Black EDR in Container Mode, continued use beyond the EOS date may introduce security, operational, and support risks.

Recommended next steps
To ensure long-term support and continued compliance, we recommend planning a transition to RPM package manager (RPM) mode, which has a long-term product roadmap and ongoing investment. Broadcom remains committed to the Carbon Black EDR platform and will focus future innovation, enhancements, and support exclusively on RPM mode.

We encourage you to begin planning early to ensure a smooth transition ahead of the EOS date. Please contact your account team or support representative to discuss next steps or to schedule a migration planning session.

Thank you for your continued partnership. We remain committed to helping you maintain a secure and supported environment.
