VM CPU Usage % metric is being dropped by the vCenter adapter for values above 100%

Issue/Introduction

• It's discovered that no CPU usage % metric has been collected for specific virtual machine for some time in Aria Operations. 
• When checking in vCenter, it's noticed that the CPU usage % exceeds 100% in the same time frame.
• No other metrics are missing for the same virtual machine or other virtual machines in Aria Operations.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.X

Cause

The CPU Usage % values greater than 100% is considered as invalid data and dropped by the vCenter adapter in Aria Operations. 

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Aria Operations 8.18.4 and VCF 9.0.
