Accessing an NFS datastore during ESXi host maintenance mode causes input/output errors.

Resolution

If there are any VMs associated with the NFS server on the target ESXi host, please check with the provider of the NFS server to see if they have any workarounds available.

 

Additional Information

Japanese version: ESXi ホストのメンテナンスモード中に NFS データストアにアクセスすると Iuput/Output エラーが発生する。
