Issue/Introduction

In Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), the "patch list" command shows timeout . Prepatch Error code: 254

There proxy server configured in EDR GU and the proxy is reachable when running "status_check" from the CLI.

Environment

EDR 4.9, 4.10

Cause

The proxy configuration was not properly saved on the backend of the appliance.

Resolution

This issue was resolved in SEDR version 4.12 and it is recommended that an upgrade to this version be performed.
