When logging into GuardiEn to run Gen Client software, received the error:
TIRM030E: Application failed - Updates have been backed out
TIRM761E: Error IMS message
GuardiEn support states this is a Gen runtime error.
Some functions work, ie: System ADMIN. Some do not, ie: CR.
No changes were made to Gen Client software. IMS logs show no IMS errors.
An IMS Connect Recorder Trace was activated to capture information.
The trace showed that an IMS transaction id was stopped.
After the transaction was restarted, the IMS message TIRM761E no longer appeared.
TIRM700 message explanations - This message can result from a variety of LU6.2/APPC communication situations and is indicative of a communications failure. The techdocs state to verify configurations are set up properly
