Lab Instructions or manual is not loading

Issue/Introduction

The Lab instructions or manual may not load correctly. You are experiencing some or all of these issues:

• Images under the Lab Manual aren't loading or don't appear
• The on-screen Lab Manual is not loading
• You are unable to drag text into Lab Console

Cause

Your browser is not compatible, is blocking, or does not allow third-party cookies. 

Resolution

Ensure your browser is compatible and the settings allow third-party cookies. To resolve this issue:

1. Refresh the browser page by pressing Ctrl+R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+R (Mac).
2. Ensure your browser is up to date with the latest version.
3. Clear browser cache and cookies
   1. Go to your browser's settings
   2. Privacy & Security
   3. Clear browsing data, including cache and cookie data.
   4. Restart the browser.
4. Try a different support browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer/Edge.
