BOSH Director for Azure indicating stemcell out of date after trying to upgrade Ops Manager

Issue/Introduction

Deployment of the Bosh Director fails with the error:

VMware Tanzu Operations Manager

Cause

The stemcell version that is currently assigned to the Bosh Director does not satisfy the minimum version requirement.

Resolution

In the Ops Manager Stemcell Library page, update the stemcell assigned to the Bosh Director with the version that satisfies the requirement.
