After upgrade of Aria Automation Orchestrator to version 8.18.1 the web console is only accessible at /vco subpath

Issue/Introduction

• Aria Automation Orchestrator was recently upgraded and the web console is not accessible when browsing https://<Orchestrator-FQDN>
• Using the subpath /vco the Orchestrator client can be accessed, e.g.: https://<Orchestrator-FQDN>/vco

• Browser will show similar page to below:
  
  This <Orchestrator-FQDN> page can’t be found

  No webpage was found for the web address: https://<Orchestrator-FQDN>/

  HTTP ERROR 404

 

 

Environment

Aria Automation Orchestrator 8.18.1

Resolution

VMware by Broadcom is aware of this known issue.

Workaround: Please update any saved bookmarks or web links to include the /vco subpath 

                       Example: https://<orchestrator-FQDN>/vco
