Issue/Introduction
Email Security Cloud is attempting to deliver the email and recipient MTA is responding "452 Too many recipients received this hour".

Cause
The issue isn't caused by Email security cloud but the limitations of recipient server.
Resolution
Contact the recipient mail administrator to understand the rate-limiting policy and potentially increase the rate limit as the recipient mail server is throttling Email Security Cloud connections.
