Issue/Introduction

 Load Data warehouse Job Running for way longer after upgrade to 16.3.0(SaaS) and eventually fail.
 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Post upgrade to 16.3.0 run the Job Load Data warehouse in Full load.
2. Once Job Load Data warehouse in Full load completes, make significant changes to data such as tasks or investments.
3. Run the DWH incremental Load job.

Expected Results: Job Load Data warehouse job  completes successfully

Actual Results:  Job Load Data warehouse job will timeout after a long execution time.
