"hostd performance has degraded due to high system latency" event occurs.

From hostd.log and vmkernel.log, we can see the output like below.

Environment

VMware vSphere 7.0

Resolution

At the time of this logging in the vmkernel.log, there were ongoing storage-related task's in the environment. The target volume was created from the storage volume copy function.
