Issue/Introduction

  • Skip an FSM Workflow Task after a workflow is initiated
  • This helps in skipping a not so important task, like some validation which has to be skipped, as to proceed to the tasks which we are interested in.
  • Use case is when a workflow has failed, and we want to skip the failed action and resume from the next.

Environment

Vmware Cloud Foundation 4.x
Vmware Cloud Foundation 5.x

Cause

This issue occurs due to the task being unable to complete in SDDC Manager.

Resolution

Contact VMware by Broadcom support for assistance.
